Social Media Marketing Manager

Full Time – On Site – Lahore, Punjab


Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, strong creative skills, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

1. Build a digital marketing & social media roadmap
2. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
3. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics using analytic tools such as Google Analytics
4. Design and implement digital media campaigns to align with business goals
5. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence
6. Handle Google Ads / FB Ads and email marketing
7. Set specific objectives and measure ROI
8. Establish an online presence and create brand awareness
9. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
10. Increase the company’s sales through online marketing
11. Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies

 


Experience:


  • Three or more years of experience in a relevant capacity 

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media plans that align with our business goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce, curate, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other media forms.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure content is informative, appealing, and on-brand.
  • Crisis Management: Handle social media crises or negative feedback with professionalism and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and engagement.
