We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
- Must Have Experience in Software House
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts.
- Administer performance appraisal and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports for decision-making.
- Promote employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
